Overview

The MedWatch, LLC SMS Privacy statement gives more specific information about how we collect and use your personal information. By opting in to SMS texting, you agree to the terms of this policy. MedWatch, LLC, reserves the right to modify this policy at any time with or without notice.

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from MedWatch. This includes SMS messages for interview scheduling, interview reminders, post-interview follow-up, and other hiring process notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Data

We collect personal information when you provide MedWatch, LLC with the information in the application process. We collect personally identifiable information that you provide such as your name, address, phone number or email address. When you send messages via SMS, we will also collect your messaging history, and any information included in those messages.

Our systems may associate this personal information with your activities in the course of applying for a position at MedWatch, LLC.

SMS communications are not intended for children under 13, and MedWatch, LLC does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. By opting in to SMS texts, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use the service.

How This Information is Used

The information collected when you apply will be used to provide updates and communicate with you during the application process.

Sharing Information

SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third party and affiliate company for marketing purposes.

We may share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone number) with trusted partners in order to conduct background checks or drug tests after an offer of employment is extended. You will fill out a separate consent form during this process.

While sending texts via SMS, your information will travel through third-party infrastructures which are not under our control (such as a third-party provider’s SMS delivery platform or your carrier network).
California residents are legally entitled (at no charge and no more than once annually) to request information about how we may have shared your information with others. Contact us for this information at HRdept@urmedwatch.com

Access

You can request to see or delete your personal data. You can also contact us by email at HRdept@urmedwatch.com to request to see or delete this information.

Deletion

We may keep data indefinitely.

Choices Regarding Your Information

If you wish to unsubscribe from text messages for a campaign, you can reply with words, such as “stop”, or “quit” and you will no longer receive messages.

Please note that unsubscribing from text messages from one campaign will not unsubscribe you from other campaigns. Unsubscribing will not remove your information from MedWatch, LLC’ s systems.

Privacy Notice Changes

This privacy notice may be updated from time to time. We will post the date our notice was last updated at the top of this privacy notice.
