MedWatch Named a Top Place to Work in Central Florida!
Lake Mary, FL – MedWatch, a full-spectrum care management company, is proud to announce recognition by The Orlando Sentinel Top Workplaces program—an employee-driven award that prioritizes a people-centered work culture. MedWatch is one of over 1,000 organizations nominated and achieved an unprecedented high score for a first-time nominee.

The goal of the Top Workplaces program is to identify the top companies and what employees say make them great places to work. Companies are split in to three categories: Small, Midsize and Large, with MedWatch being a Midsize Workplace (149-499 employees).
Surveying began in February, and more than 27,000 questionnaires were returned. From those, 180 employers earned recognition as Top Workplaces. MedWatch was thrilled to receive high scores in all areas of the survey, with two people from the leadership staff scoring in 99th percentile of all leaders in country!
On Friday, September 16th, an event to celebrate all the Top Workplaces of 2022 will take place at the Caribe Royale Hotel in Orlando, and category winners will be announced.
